Inspector notes: Observed the paper towel dispenser must be relocated above the hand sink. The paper towel dispenser is currently located above the meat sink which could potentially cross contaminate the sink. PIC will relocate the dispenser by 11/12/25.

Inspector notes: Observed improper cooling methods being used to cool TCS foods. Observed a hotel pan of chicken that was cooked at 11:00 am today on the bottom shelf covered during cooling in the walk in cooler. CA- PIC reduced the portion size and relocated to the second shelf from the top. PIC will ensure a lid or cover is placed above the shelf where product is cooling. The cooked chicken did meet temperature requirements during cooling.
