Inspector notes: Observed in cooler below prep top sink a container of raw chicken stored uncovered on bottom shelf. PIC advised to properly cover stored food items. 511-6-1.04(4)(c)1(iv) - Packaged & Unpackaged Food, food stored covered(C) (iv) Except as specified under paragraph 2. of this subsection and when cooling as specified in DPH Rule 511-6-1-.04(6)(e)2.(ii), storing the food in packages, covered containers, or wrappings, except for loosely covered or uncovered containers in which food is being cooled if protected from overhead contamination;

Inspector notes: Observed in prep top cooler a tray of onions stored directly on top of trays of tomatoes and leafy greens below with bottom of onion tray touching food items below. PIC COS by removing tray of onions. 511-6-1.04(4)(z) - Miscellaneous Sources of Contamination (C) (z) Miscellaneous Sources of Contamination. Food shall be protected from contamination that may result from a factor or source not specified under paragraphs (a) through (y) of this subsection.

Inspector notes: Observed multiple employee jackets/clothing items stored on rack containing dry food items. PIC advised to only use designated employee areas for employee items. 511-6-1.07(5)(j) - Using Dressing Rooms & Lockers, used for changing clothes and storing employee belongings (C) (j) Using Dressing Rooms and Lockers. 1. Dressing rooms shall be used by employees if the employees regularly change their clothes in the establishment. 2. Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be used for the orderly storage of employee clothing and other possessions.
