Inspector notes: Observed the can opener holder contains severe rust build up. PIC will have the holder removed by 12/11/25 to prevent potential contamination. Also observed the door handle missing on the glass reach in cooler. PIC advised that that door handle is on her repair list. Accumulation of old food debris observed in the bottom of the reach in cooler and preparation cooler.
