Inspector notes: Observed knife stored as clean but visibly dirty. Knife strip was also visibly dirty with rust accumulations. COS by washing knife. Ridged knife strips must be changed with an all stainless steel strip for easy cleaning.

Inspector notes: Physical facility is in need of deep cleaning. Must clean the exterior, beneath, and behind all equipment (e.g., fryers, grills). Must also thoroughly clean mop sink area. The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products. *This has been a recurring issue over at least 3 inspections. Health Authority will follow-up on cleaning after 7 days. Failure to correct deficiency may result in facility being asked to close until proper cleaning can be conducted .
