All foods held over 24 hours must bear a date mark with a discard date that is within 7 days of the preparation date including the day of preparation. COS-Items were provided with appropriate marking.

COS: Sanitizer bucket was made (chlorine 50 ppm) and clean wiping cloths were provided.
