Inspector notes: -Observed main reach in refrigerator unit in kitchen area of facility not maintaining temperatures of 41F. Ambient temperatures were around 53F-60F. Repair technician was dispatched to facility at end of inspection. *COS, Dalton Refrigeration was onsite to repair cooler and was completed prior to leaving facility.
