Inspector notes: Walk in cooler holding at 48 degrees. Multiple items in multiple locations of the cooler are reading no lower than 48 degrees. Service technician called to address unit, secondary fridge ordered. High priority items were moved to the reach in freezer with available space. Contact EHS: brad.krzyzanowski@dph.ga.gov once the cooler is repaired and at temp for a recheck.

Inspector notes: Leak above food prep sink needs to be repaired. Sanitation compartment of 3 compartment sink can be used for food prep if it is disinfected before and after use. Food prep sink was abandoned and labeled "do not use". Repair floor drain at warewashing machine. Wood around drain is in disrepair causing a safety hazard.
