Inspector notes: Observed several TCS foods (rice, salsa, chicken) in the reach in cooler that were being cold held at temperatures greater than 41. The ambient air temperature was at 50. COS, some of the foods were moved to another cooler and some were removed and heated to place in the steam table. PIC stated he is calling service person to fix the unit today. Call Danielle once unit is repaired.
