A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 85ºF (29.4 ºC) through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Corrective Actions: PIC immediately discontinued use of the hand sink by labeling it as "out of order" and directed all employees to use additional hand sink in pizza prep area. PIC to call plumber to restore hot water to hand sink.

Corrective Actions: Food employee immediately poured the bucket out and obtained new solution at proper concentration between 200-400 ppm.
