CA: PIC discarded coffee milk and whipped cream. Cold foam cream was out of temp for less than 4 hours and was moved to the walk-in cooler to rapidly cool. Discussed time as a public health control as an option.

CA: Discussed with PIC. If strips cannot be located, then they will be ordered. Chlorine bleach strips were available in the facility so bleach can be used in the meantime.
