PIC showed EHS a text message stating that they had sprayed the facility but PIC could not provide any receipt or document that includes who serviced them, what date, and what chemicals were used. Corrective action- PIC needs to contact the certified pest company to service the facility. Also keep a physical documentation of each time the facility is serviced.
