Inspector notes: Observed hot holding breakfast pizzas with pork and beef. See temperature log. CFSM stated unit has not been working right for awhile. She has told maintenance about it. CFSM will not use unit for hot holding TCS foods until it is working properly. Observed hot holding temperature controlled for safety foods below required temperature of 135°F. COS: CFSM discarded all of the pizzas.
