Inspector notes: Observed several food items, pots, pans, rice, soups and other unapproved foods in the reach in freezer, cooler, and storage area. All employee food must be stored in the bottom of the refrigerator and labeled employee food. All equipment not being used to prepare food on the breakfast buffet must be removed. According to the PIC, the employee that lives in the employee only area behind the kitchen is using the area to cook personal meals. There was also kids toys observed near the handsink. All unapproved equipment and food must be removed immediately.
