Inspector notes: Observed shredded cheese(64F), sliced tomatoes(61F), shredded lettuce(55F), and tartar sauce(63F) in prep top cooler holding above 41 degrees F. CA: CA: Foods were in prep top for less than 1 hour so they were moved back to the walk-in to cool. Cooler was unplugged and plugged back in by PIC, cooler began droppping in temperature reached 46F by 12:15pm.
