Inspector notes: Observed grill cook load burgers on the grill while holding cooked burgers recently removed from the grill in transfer pan, and attempt to return to preparing RTE food without changing gloves and washing hands. Advised PIC that hands must be washed when moving between preparing raw and ready-to-eat foods. PIC instructed cook on proper handwashing times and procedure.
