COS: CFSM discarded out of date foods and changed dates on others prepared that day. (One container said use by August 2028). Charlton EH instructed PIC to ensure proper date marking and to remove old date marking labels on bins.

Inspector notes: No sanitizer was dispensing from dispensing unit as it was completely empty, test kits were still sealed. Quaternary ammonia tested at 0 PPM. COS: Owner replaced sanitizer container and new sanitizer solution was made. Charlton EH instructed all dishes and surfaces to be sanitized since it is unknown when the sanitizer was last dispensing. Charlton EH also stressed the importance of testing every time sanitizer is dispensed to ensure it meets the minimum requirement (220 ppm) and to ensure it is still dispensing.
