Inspector notes: Sausage and kale soup in WIC found with date mark 9/30/25. Found "cooling" but still at 48F. Explained to kitchen employee that soup was improperly cooled (sealed lid) and therefore did not get to a temperature of 41F in the proper amount of time. Kitchen employee removed soup from WIC and discarded.
