Inspector notes: EHS observed in the reach in cooler in the kitchen had employee water bottles stored on the top of the shelve and food items used for the guest was stored below it. Also there was a to go container with a employee's food sitting directly on top of the silver container that they use for guest. CA-EHS informed PIC that there needs to be a designated area for employee belongings. If employees are going to store their personal belongings in the reach in cooler it must be stored at the bottom and away from any items that is used for the public.
