Inspector notes: Observed cream cheese cold held well above 41F in the prep top unit and yogurt cold held well above 41F in the reach in cooler in the barista bar area. Hotel manager discarded the yogurt and cream cheese. The hotel manager was advised to have the reach in cooler temperature adjustment repaired. The prep top unit in the barista area is in disrepair, causing temperatures to exceed 41F. Remove all food items from the prep top unit and place an out of order sign on the unit until repairs have been made.
