Inspector notes: Observed facility has no written procedures on site for handling any vomiting or diarrheal events. PIC did show picture of procedure sent by management to follow for such an event, but required items to follow procedure were not available at the establishment. Corrective action - PIC advised to have written procedures for vomit or diarrhea clean-up, train employees on the procedure, have all required supplies on hand (including sanitizer effective against Norovirus), and have written documents on site and available for review by the health authority at the next inspection.
