CA: Equipment for cooling and heating food, and holding cold and hot food, shall be sufficient in number and capacity to provide food temperatures as specified under DPH Rule 511-6-1-.04. Discussed with PIC to have the cooler fixed (by 8/7/2025) so it reaches appropriate cold holding temperatures of 41 and below. Email picture proof once cooler is fixed.
