Inspector notes: Observed several dishes such as pans, food scoops, and lids stored as clean in warewash area but visibly dirty with stuck. Also observed clean dishes stored in dirty bins. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. All items must be properly washed and sanitized. NOTE: this is the 3rd consecutive violation under this code. It is the responsibility of the PIC to ensure dishes are properly washed and inspected prior to storing as clean.
