Inspector notes: Observed Walk In Freezer in disrepair with an ambient temperature of 60.9F and being used as a dry storage unit. Advised PIC that all ambient air temperature, water pressure, and water temperature measuring devices shall be maintained in good repair and be accurate within the intended range of use. Advised PIC to have walk in freezer repaired.

Advised PIC to remove cardboard lining from the floor of the establishment.
