Inspector notes: EHS observed purple substance at the bottom of reach in freezer 1. Then in freezer 2 EHS observed food debris at the bottom of reach in freezer #2. Corrective action- PIC needs to make sure that the cold holding units are routinely cleaned. If a spill happens then it needs to be properly cleaned up.
