Cooling unit used to properly cool chicken, has an excess of buildup in the bottom of the unit closest to the walk-in freezer. Remove pans and deep clean this unit and any others in need of cleaning. Add drip pans back in unit to help contain the chicken remnants that are leaking during the cooling process.
