Inspector notes: -Observed ice bin in drive thru area of facility with accumulations of moldy and mildew debris at top. Was violation previous inspection. -Observed ice machine in rear kitchen area of the facility near the back door with accumulations of moldy debris at top and on metal divider. *CTM, Please drain ice machine and ice bin and wash, rinse and sanitize. Inspector notes: -Observed large tray of corn on the cob not holding at 135F in the pull out warmer underneath the large warming unit with heat lamps in the cook/fry area of the kitchen. Corn on the cobs ranged from 114F-129F. -Observed green beans hot holding in the steam well of the cook/fry area of the kitchen near the reach in freezer not hot holding at 135F or above. Green beans were around 123F. -Observed green beans hot holding in the open warming cabinet in the rear kitchen near the office not hot holding at 135F or above. Green Beans were around 114F. *COS, All out of food items were discarded upon request by PIC. New food items were reheated to replace out of temperature food items.
