Inspector notes: Observed large thermometers being used in the walk-in cooler and freezer that were not working properly. Recommended new thermometers inside each so they can accurately monitor inside temperatures. All food temperatures were satisfactory.

Inspector notes: Observed a box of food under cooling unit in walk-in freezer that had collected ice on top. Recommended having a repair service check the unit to see what's causing the condensation. Box of food was thrown out and recommended do not store any food items under unit until it is repaired and condensation is dealt with.

Inspector notes: Observed several areas of kitchen area and fryer area where debris and mold/mildew is collecting (especially in baseboard/cove moulding area). Recommended deep cleaning entire kitchen and equipment. Made CFSM aware of new commercial cleaning company that can help if help is needed due to large equipment and small kitchen area. Floors/walls/ceilings shall be easily cleanable and kept free of accumulations. Also observed that weather stripping around back door needs replaced due to visible cracks around door and that the swinging door needs repair and cleaning.

Inspector notes: Observed black mold accumulations on the drink spouts in the front food=service area. The drink spouts shall be cleaned and sanitized at the end of every day the establishment is open for business. PIC had employee remove spouts immediately and clean and sanitize them.

Inspector notes: Observed some black mold beginning to form in the ice machine and a lot of old food debris accumulating on the prep top sandwich cooler and the potato cooker area. These areas shall be cleaned daily and kept clean to sight and touch and sanitized regularly to prevent food contamination.

Inspector notes: Attempted to wash my hands at beginning of inspection at the front handwashing station and observed that the soap would not come out of the dispenser and there was no soap in dispenser and also observed the paper towel holder would not release paper towels. Handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of handwashing liquid, powder, or bar soap and an adequate and sanitary way to dry hands after washing.
