Also chemicals need to be stored away from food products and equipment and or utensils. will check for corrections within 72 hours

Inspector notes: Observed bulk ice machine interior well and chute with mold build up. Unit needs to be powered down, cleaned and sanitized on a regular rotation to preclude build up in unit. Also, ice build up is heavy in machine which can potentially cause motor burn out.
