After speaking to PIC, shipment of food was brought and walk in freezer was kept open for an extended period of time at 12pm the temperature gauge showed temperatures of 50F (food was still partially frozen). At 1pm temperature gauge shows 25F and ambient temperature is 20F and dropping.
