Inspector notes: Observed condensation dripping from ceilings of walk-in freezer and observed ice accumulating on food containers in same freezer. All food shall be stored in a manner which prevents contact with condensation or water or ice. Strongly recommend having walk-in freezer checked for possible problems.

Restroom area shall have self-closing doors, hot water, paper towels (if door opens to inside) or air hand-dryer, and covered trash receptacles. Floors, walls, and ceilings shall be of durable material and light in color and easily cleanable.
