Inspector notes: Observed bacon pans being soaked in vegetable prep sink in very hot water. When asked the PIC she stated the staff were supposed to be presoaking them in the 3 Compartment sink which is currently in use. COS staff removed dishes and the vegetable sink was cleaned.
