Inspector notes: Observed the WIF door unable to fully close due to ice build-up on the edge of the door. Observe the RIF in the main kitchen with ice build-up around the door and overfreezing. Observed the chest freezer in the main kitchen without proper doors, one side was just a piece of plexiglass and a potion of it was broken which allowed air to enter the freezer C/A Good Repair and Proper Adjustment. 1. Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections (1) and (2)of this Rule. 2. Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
