C/A: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: Soda nozzle in drink machine replace, which a nozzle that had been washed, rinsed and sanitized. The chute inside the ice machine was cleaned with a wiping cloth that had been in 200ppm QAC solution.
