COS: Management discontinued the use of the unit and directed all dishes to be washed at the 3 compartment sink. CA: Management stated that they will have repairs made to the unit and will instruct all staff to use the wash/rinse/sanitize 3 compartment sink setup until then. It was observed on 02/21/2024 that the machine had been repaired and was appropriately dispensing sanitizer.
