Inspector notes: Observed prep cooler not holding temperature. All items in prep cooler were placed in unit at 11:00am. At 3 pm, temperature was 55 degrees F. All food product in unit was discarded (Brussel sprouts, tomatoes, green onions, bang-bang sauce etc.) See temperature log for specifics. Facility to utilize additional coolers until repairs are made.
