Inspector notes: Observed several spray bottles with a clear liquid in the chemical storage cage unlabeled. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. Label the chemical bottles.

Inspector notes: Observed an employee with a beard cooking food without a beard restraint. Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch. Have employee put on a beard restraint.

Inspector notes: Observed food employee prepping and baking biscuits while wearing a watch on their wrist. . Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. Have employees remove all wrist jewelry while prepping and handling food.

Inspector notes: Observed a box of straws stored directly on the floor in the storage area by the three compartment sink. Cleaned equipment and utensils, laundered linens, and single-service and single-use articles shall be stored in a clean, dry location; where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and at least 6 inches (15 centimeters) above the floor. Move box of straws 6 inches above the floor.
