Environmental Health (EH) discussed proper cleaning frequency and associated concerns with the Person in Charge (PIC). The PIC stated that the entire establishment would be thoroughly cleaned, including the kitchen, office, storage areas, walls, floors, equipment, coolers, and freezers. The PIC requested a two-month timeframe for follow-up to complete all necessary cleaning. EH will follow-up in two weeks to see on-going progress (4/9/2026).
