Inspector notes: EHS observed 3-compartment sink, vegetable sink, and meat sink all directly drained with a p-trap. Corrective action provide air gap for the 3-compartment sink, vegetable sink, and meat sink. EHS observed ice machine drain line curled. Corrective action, repair/replace drain line to ensure water does not pool in the drain line and provide an air gap.
