Inspector notes: There is no person in charge present that can demonstrate knowledge of foodborne illness compliant prevention. Employees had to contact owner to find test strips for sanitizer testing(front desk) and employee cleaning said she simply didnt know where it was, didn't know where the probe thermometer was, and could not answer food related questions.
