Inspector notes: Observed soiled wiping clothes to be hanging on dry storage rack where a flour is stored under the rag. RCA: Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be held between uses in a chemical sanitizer solution at a concentration specified under DPH Rule 511-6-1-.05(6)(n), and Laundered daily.

Inspector notes: Observed a sticky trap to have multiple dead pests dead on it. RCA: Dead or trapped insects, and other pests shall be removed from control devices and the premises at a frequency that prevents their accumulation, decomposition, or the attraction of pests.

Inspector notes: -Observed multiple employee beverages stored on prep areas. (drinks with and without lid and straw). PIC remove beverages. Educated PIC on proper storage of employee beverages. Drinks must have lid and straw. Drinks must be stored under and away from food product, single service items and clean dishes. Drinks cannot be stored over or on prep areas.

Inspector notes: In-use utensil in nonpotentially hazardous food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed scoop handles in contact with bulk dry goods (cinnamon/sugar mix). PIC removed scoop for wash, rinse and sanitize.
