Inspector notes: Observed two lime slices and other food particles in the handwashing sink. CA: A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. COS: PIC cleaned the handwashing sink by removing the limes and other food particles from the sink.

Inspector notes: Observed no QUAT test strips available to measure sanitizer concentration in three compartment sink. CA: Concentration of the sanitizing solution shall be accurately determined by using a test kit or other device. Discussed with PIC to order the test strips as soon as possible. EHS provided the test strips that should last for the next 2 days.
