Inspector notes: Observed multiple pans obstructing the hand sink near the 3-comparmtne sink; observed ice stored inside the hand sink at the bar area. Advised PIC that all hand sinks shall be used for hand washing only and be maintained so that it is easily accessible at all times. COS: PIC removed pans and ice from hand sinks.

Inspector notes: Observed food contac surface of ice machine (white panel) stored as clean with pink mold-like substance. Advised PIC that equipment food contact surface and utensils shall be cleaned at any time during the operation when contamination may occur.
