Also observed box with half and half stored in container with raw shrimp and uncovered cooked corn beneath raw shrimp and raw fish inside reach in cooler. Raw shrimp was also observed stored directly on top of precooked egg rolls in prep top cooler. CA. Food shall be protected from cross contamination by storing raw foods separated from cooked/ready to eat foods and storing raw foods in order of internal cook temperatures. COS. Items were rearranged based on internal cook temperature and to prevent cross contamination. Egg rolls were discarded.
