Operator set up triple sink, and called for service. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2026-04-01: Operator followed up with ECOLab on 3/24 and 3/27, and ECOLAB has not came by establishment. District Manager was to follow up on 3/31. ECOlab has not came to repair dishwasher. Operator has placed an out of service sign on dishwasher. Operator is using triple sink to sanitize all items.
