Reach-in cooler near cookline ambient temperature 55F. Manager stated he would use the cooler for non TCS foods going forward and moved the contents into another working cooler. 2. Two refrigerated make-tables at cookline nonfunctional. Manager is using Time as a Public Health Control to hold foods in top of unit until they can be replaced.
