Observed : in the cold hold unit closest to the register: Preformed egg 63, cut tomato 59, shredded lettuce 57. The unit was not fully stocked yet, the units digital thermometer reads 61. All the spaces were then filled with pans of food. Egg and cut tomato's were cooling rapidly. The unit was being stocked just prior to temperatures being taken. **Corrective Action Taken** **Repeat Violation** **Admin Complaint** - From follow-up inspection 2025-10-06: Reach-in cooler closest to the register: lettuce 44F, tomatoes 53F, eggs 51F. Manager stated items placed in cooler two hours prior to temperature being taken. Manager moved items to walk-in freezer to reduce temperature to 41F. **Admin Complaint**
