As per the manager the cheese was put on line approximately at 6:30 AM. The manager put the cheese in the reach in cooler to cool it down. I observed non TCS foods being held cold at the buffet line and suggested they change the location of the cheese with one of those items going forward. **Corrective Action Taken**
