All items on cook line missing time markings, per manager all items where placed in coolers/or items taken in and out of coolers around 7/7:30am. Items held on time control in server area marked for 9:30am, per server items taken out of coolers and started on time control several hours ago. Employees began to mark all items for correct times during inspection. **Corrective Action Taken**
