Time mark in butter was date and time for discard was 2/22/24 4:50pm. Per manager product only out for 3 hours. Corrective action taken my manager to discard in another hour for total of 4 hour time hold on butter. Rehydrated onions at cook line at 42f at time of inspection. Onions on a four hour time plan to be kept at the cook line, no time marking on rehydrated onions.
