Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. The direct link to the Plan Review page is https://www2.myfloridalicense.com/hotels-restaurants/licensing/plan-review/. Observed : the last approved plans on file are dated 6-12-2008. On that approved plan there are 5 hand wash sinks. On the cook line there is an oven in the corner where a sink was at one time. ALSO, at the far end of the drive thru window, there is a line of drink equipment, where the fifth sink would have been. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2025-10-06: For the most up to date approved plan review, calls for 6 hand wash sinks in the kitchen, there is only 4. Manager says he will request to his up line to apply for a plan review to asses if they can not have one at both ends of the cook/fry line. The one by the ice machine has a bracket in the office awaiting the plumber, scheduled today. **Admin Complaint**
